Tricuspid valve overview
Compact overview of TV annulus, morphology, stenosis, pulmonary pressure, and regurgitation measurements.
Clinically reviewed 24 May 2026 · EchoRapp clinical content
Simple approach
Start with the annulus and leaflet configuration, then check stenosis, pulmonary pressure, and TR severity. Keep empty optional rows collapsed in compact reports.
Detailed tutorial
Use 4-chamber and AP diameters at end-diastole for annular size. In repaired valves, record the ring type, size, and date. For pressure estimates, pair the TR velocity with the derived TR gradient and RA pressure for systolic PAP, and pair PR end-diastolic velocity with the derived gradient for PAEDP.
