Simple approach
Measure the annulus in 4CV and AP views at end-diastole. A dilated annulus supports functional TR mechanisms.
Detailed tutorial
Use the 4CV diameter at the leaflet hinge points and add the parasternal RV-inflow AP diameter when available. Keep both measurements visible when entered; compact mode hides the annulus row only when both values are empty.
