Right atrium overview
The right atrium section groups linear axes, 2D area and volume, 3D volumes, and congenital tags.

Simple approach
Start with RA area and indexed volume, then use long and short axes as an anatomic cross-check. Add Chiari network or Eustachian valve tags only when clearly visible.
Detailed tutorial
The RA surface separates size metrics from incidental anatomic tags:
- Linear axes: long and short axis measurements with indexed context.
- 2D area and volume: routine chamber size markers.
- 3D volumes: EDV and ESV when 3D data is available.
- Tags: Chiari network and Eustachian valve.
Interpret RA enlargement with tricuspid regurgitation, right ventricular size, pulmonary pressure, and IVC findings.
